@terrafirmaforestry crew completed stage 1/4 of a large fire mitigation fuel break in Chaffee County today on the hill you see behind us. This fuel break is protecting a vital water resource near Salida that the land owner has granted permission for local fire resources to use as a water source in case of a forest fire in our area.
